The house in in Long Beach---Washington. About 2hr drive from here. It is a second home, we did not move. We will use it for fun and a rental. And Shanna, yes it does get warm in the summer mostly. Evenings always get cool year round. It doesn't freeze there, but it also doesn't hit over 90.
